I had a nice overall experience at Vista Lic Hotel, Premier Collection By Best Western. The staff, especially Simone at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a warm welcome. However, I encountered some issues during my stay, particularly with the dining experience at Michael's restaurant, where I felt ignored. Overall, I'd say the positives outweigh the negatives, but some improvements in service could enhance the visit.
